Philomena Onwubuya a.k.a Philo De Iron Lady is a Nigerian singer and songwriter who specializes in early music, a genre that revives the musical traditions of the medieval, Renaissance and Baroque periods. She’s born in a very poor family. They lived in ghetto environment with very little hope for a better tomorrow due to Government’s negligence to Ika community in Anioma, Delta State. In a bid to seek happiness in their condition. She always sing, until she decided to put in more effort to make singing and songwriter her career. She ventured into music industry 2002 and named her music group; Professional Dance Band of Africa.
She died late hours of 10th June 2023.
